Therefore Boehringer Ingelheim complies with the intention and basic principles of corporate governance and corporate social responsibility as proposed by international organisations, such as the United Nations (UN), the World Health Organization (WHO), the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) or the European Union (EU).
